At GLOBALINK, we pride ourselves on building a high-trust, transparent relationship with cross-border brands, DTC stores, and agencies. This policy outlines our fair refund standards and token balance management rules.
1. Digital Consumables Principle
GLOBALINK delivers immediate access to verified creator intelligence, business emails, and AI outreach computational workflows. Once Tokens are expended to reveal protected creator contacts, execute automated pitch dispatches, or export CSV rosters, the intelligence has been delivered and cannot be physically revoked. Therefore, consumed Tokens are strictly non-refundable.
2. 7-Day 100% Unused Balance Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who have not consumed any Tokens:
- If you subscribe to Starter ($49), Growth ($129), or Scale ($299) and consume zero (0) Tokens, you may request a complete 100% refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.
- Standalone add-on Token packs (50, 200, 500) are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days if completely unused.
3. Transparent Fair Resolution Guidelines
In situations where you have unlocked creator contacts but are seeking an adjustment, our billing support resolves requests based on actual ledger consumption:

4. Recurring Billing & Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- No further recurring charges will be initiated against your payment card;
- Your current plan benefits and remaining monthly token allowance remain active until the end of your prepaid monthly billing period;
- Previously unlocked creator profiles remain permanently accessible in your account forever;
- Unused add-on Token packs remain permanently saved in your account ledger and never expire.
5. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund under these terms, please email our billing department directly:

6. Chargebacks and Pre-Dispute Communication
Payments are securely processed by Creem.io, our authorized Merchant of Record. Transactions appear on your bank statement as CREEM*GLOBALINK. If you do not recognize a charge or believe an error occurred, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your issuing bank. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing questions promptly and fairly.
